Ice disgorging and labelling
The neck of the bottle is plunged into a freezing liquid .When the bottle is opened, the sediment is expelled and the wine is topped up with the dosage – a home made recipe . The traditional cork and wire-muzzle with its metal capsule is then fitted onto the bottle. The last stage consists in carefully dressing the bottles with the finest labels and to package them in cardboard boxes, so as to protect them during the long trip which will take them to your table.
