FOOD PAIRING
Champagne of gastronomy, it is the perfect match for hot starters, shellfish, meats and fishes of unctuous textures or it can be enjoyed at the end of the day without any accompaniment so that its complexity can be really appreciated.

DISTINCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
Very seductive vine.The 2015 harvest  favored a perfect ripening of the grapes, especially the Pinots. Still a nice balance between acidity and sugar, aromatic richness and persistence of ripe fruits and roasted almonds. Its 7 years of ageing explains the intensity of its evolved aromas… This is  a complexe champagne for a successful aperitif.
